  1. “JB, life is about living, not worrying. you dont seem the worrying type so you’ll be fine”

LOL – while I may be an aspirational buddhist, I’m a jew by birth. Worrying is part of the deal.

  2. Legion, I just read it. Yes, I was a tomboy bigtime. For big stretches of time we were totally unsupervised and did unbelieveable things – the train tracks thing is one of my fondest childhood memories as was the tree swing in the woods. There was a lot of climbing and screaming and throwing, also wild ice skating on ice floes, if you can imagine that – skating on pieces of ice as they broke up on the local pond, none of this recommended. But if you contrast this to the super highly supervised lives of kids now, I mean I guess it is good I never died, but the idea of being shuttled around by parents to supervised activities is so alien to me. I never got into fights, though I did remember one person who stalked me threatening my life for an entire summer. HER NAME WAS CORINNE ROSSI.
    I will get her someday.

  3. “Jessi- its an interesting question. Not like Christians but then again, there is that story about G-d weighing your good and bad deeds…”

I’m more of a buddhist anyway – you ask a buddhist where you go when you die and they would respond: who cares. I love it.

  4. Biff, I realize you’re just stumbling into the OT office (another late night???), but we need someone on “ethnicity verification” for perdida’s cousin. ^^^ If your plate is too full, can you tap someone else. And don’t look at me because my plate is full since you handed off your “Julie Your Cruise Director” responsibilities.

  5. Thing is, for people like me, perfectionist types, I don’t know if that’s true.

It’s definitely something to think over carefully. Too bad so many people don’t. Kids are a near-lifelong commitment, likely the biggest one you’ll ever have to make, and it’s true they can easily overshadow everything else in your life. Even worse you may wind up with a kid like Rob.

  6. Jessi- its an interesting question. Not like Christians but then again, there is that story about G-d weighing your good and bad deeds. If the good outweigh the bad, you’re (as Heidi Klum says)in. If not- you’re out. But I don’t see anywhere what heaven is supposed to be. We’re a strange bunch 🙂

Ok Ok cgar. YOu aren’t invisible but we have so much real estate and most times we are on different schedules so it’s almost like being single. Gee- its the best of both worlds. No wonder I love you so much 🙂
