ty, I told ya you should look into my building and it’s in our hood. Most co-ops on ocean pkwy have studios in 100-150s range, one bedroom in 150-220 range and 2 bedrooms in 220-300 range. This is all for decent size apartment with reasonable maintenance.
The fact that I get tax deductions also had a factor in buying the place since it was money that I was giving to the gov’t and now I am pocketing. I am always shocked at how many people do not realize that.
