Rob, how often you hit up Wendy’s and McDs? Those things have a lot of cholestero
wendy’s maybe once every two weeks for chili, but it says it’s high in fiber right on the cup. mcd’s really never. i did for a few weeks go to the one on 4th avenue, but i got over doing that really fast.
ugh, i hate exercise tho! i tried running once and it was a distaster. i wish i had a pool, id totally swim! that’s good exercise and something that doesnt seem that horrible. (as long as they let you swim in your street clothes, which unfortunately most public pools and gym pools do not)
Rob, how often you hit up Wendy’s and McDs? Those things have a lot of cholesterol. Avoid and you’ll be fine in no time. There are a bunch of good high fiber foods. Below is the link from Mayo Clinic which is as legit of a source as you can get for med stuff.

“what are good high fiber foods that dont taste like packing peanuts?”
anything made by kashii works – but make sure you have a toilet nearby at all times.
What did the doctor say about your levels of HDL & LDL???
Rob – A slice of whole wheat bread every day goes a long way – or make your lunch sandwich w/ it. You eventually get used to it.

Good info and tools.
daily and rigourous exercise Rob will bring it down…otherwise have to change your DNA/RNA and too late for that.
Rob, have some oatmeal, honey nut cheerios, cream of wheat and get exercise. All help lower cholesterol significantly. Fried foods will jack it up.
