Rob, DO NOT eat those frozen foods!!!
In a pinch if you don’t feel like spending lots of time in the kitchen cooking. Make a bean salad. You can buy beans in a can fairly inexpensively. Goya has a wide variety.
-Wash them thoroughly and drain the water (they’re already cooked so you don’t need to cook them if you don’t mind them room temp.)
Add the following and toss:
– olive oil
– lemon juice
– salt
– cumin powder (this is a staple in most of my salads)
– red pepper (for a little kick)
– chopped tomatoes
– chopped onions
I think there are a lot more depressed people in SoHo and Park Slope than in Chelsea and you’re likely to encounter even more antidepressant-prescribing behavior.

Lost the paperwork??? This doctor sounds like an absolute idiot. Prescribing an anti depressant not knowing a patients history other than a cursory scan of blood work is borderline negligent. Sounds like he’d make a good Corcoran broker if he loses his license.
yeah im thinking about switching clinics. ive been going to the same clinic in chelsea for many years now, but i dont know why i do since it’s really not that convenient. but they are 24 hours now and do walk-ins, but yeah they kinda suck and i was shocked when i looked them up online and saw how many patients complained about them. it’s DOCS on 23rd street.
yeah, and i was a little shocked he prescribed me an antidepressant without basically knowing hardly anything about me other than that i had a bad cold a couple of weeks before. :-/
i cant decided if i want to get a new doctor either in Soho or in Park Slope.
Oh, Rob! Those frozen meals are super high in cholesterol! Look at the nutrition info on the box and it will turn your hair white. NO MORE BANQUET MEALS DUDE!
hmmm that’s not a bad list, extex, actually i eat tomatos almost every single day! i bet the culprit to my sudden high cholestorol tho are those frozen Banquet meals that i have been buying for like months now at associated for like a buck each that i bring to work for lunch.
