what is slightly high cholestorol caused from? when i got my blood results from the doctor last week everything came back fine (i was shocked) except he said my cholestoral “is a little high”. i try to eat healthy every other day though. i looked up foods that are good for cholestorol and the foods they listed, other than beans, were all pretty gross and barf-worthy. cheerios!? i originally thought that was a phoney claim on their commercial, but i guess now. ick. apprently youre supposed to eat foods high in fiber, what are good high fiber foods that dont taste like packing peanuts?
Rob: So sorry about your friend. The advice you have been given is spot on…take it. Also, you may want to send her a care package full of chocolates and silly things (non-baby items of course) just to make her smile.
Dave, I dropped some more legal terms in the Corco thread just for you. You may need one of your boy toys to fan you after reading them 🙂
Yes, it’s unusual at that stage. By 5 months you’ve already completed most of the worrisome tests. All the organs have formed and should be functioning properly. You’re essentially just waiting for the baby to get larger and finish it’s development. The doctors attitudes def. change and begin acting as though you’re in the clear so to speak. So losing a child at this stage would makes it all the more devastating.
Treat it like any other death. Give your condolences and just be there for her if and when she needs it. It’s very likely she could go into postpartum depression so just check in with her more frequently and just be yourself.

Snappy talking real hot sounding legalese in the Corcoran thread.
Rob I’m so sorry.

“Rubbing alcohol for the legs, more drinking alcohol for the insides.”
Drinking more alcohol = rubbing for the insides between the legs
Rubbing alcohol for the legs, more drinking alcohol for the insides.

In Russia, we would just drink both and leave nothing for the legs….
The Menudo guys are always hot.

I don’t know, DIBS, listering to Menudo would make my hangover worse.
