i dont believe in term limits. what’s the point? i dont vote, cuz i dont care, but apparently some people care and like to vote, so let them vote for who they want, even if it’s 10 terms in a row. and personally i think a good businessman is much better for a big city, especially in an economic crisis. i dont like him personally at all, and dont agree with a lot of his policies, but the people who vote do, so let them sing and dance away. ill just go with the flow and not worry about such trivial things like politics
I hate to get into these political arguing…but DIBS — from what I read Bloomberg has given bigger raises and courted unions more than the rest. I have to call you on that one. (even though I love unions and proud to be a union member).
etson – I’m irritated at Sheldon Silver on congestion pricing, but that slimey creep isn’t subject to term limits and has been in office for what? over 20 years?
I don’t know who to vote for. Probably either a grudging vote for Bloomberg or a protest vote for one of the minor candidates. Bloomberg’s record has been pretty good, but I do find some of his policies / actions irritating (congestion pricing, term limits et al). Kind of feel like Guiliani had already done a lot of the hard work.

I AGREE TOTALLY, DITTO. HE IS THE SLIMIEST THING AROUND. Charlie rangel is a close second.

I’m not even going to open that, BJ. That would be my idea of hell.

CarGar, if they actually enforced jaywalking laws, most of us would have police records. We’d have a city full of perps.
