mmmmm calzones
ah, thanks for the advice re: brick over vs. regular. I wouldn’t have known which to order. Like how I went to Pizza and Calzone on Columbia Street and ordered the baked stromboli instead of the fried calzone. not my fault though, my know it all friend said calzone and stromboli were the same. let it be known, the stromboli are good but order the calzone!
M4L- I did think that – but I think it would have been weird, plus the new buyers want to occupy our old apt and there are tenants already in the bottom 2 floors
So – following up on the stalled construction sites in williamsburg covered last week:
the 2 on the end of my block have decided it’s a great time to do some pile driving at 7am in the morning. really annoying.

Sam’s still has great pizza, but you have to order their Brick Oven pizza, not the regular.
