Also, Lucali has awesome pizza but seriouisly degrades with time. It tastes best is scarfed within 5 minutes. On the upside, it’s byob (to offset what I think is $24/plain pie)
Hey all. sounds like there have been a lot of meets since Rope. How many have I missed? Still not really walking post-surgery. I thought I would be more nimble on my crutches. Anyone have any tips on navigating brownstone steps with crutches? I fell down them twice already so I’ve taken to just staying in my home. I’m going to be like that crazy lady from the Jane Austen book that goes nuts and lives in her attic in her wedding dress.

OK it’s official….The next impromptu get together will be at DRAFT BARN at 6:30. (I should be there a little earlier). They have an extensive beer selection (at least 200). You can read a little about the place at the link below.

I am sure we’ll stick around to at least 9ish and the place is big so feel free to drop by at whatever time you can. They do have a menu and the food is reasonably priced.

someone mentioned John’s on Bleecker which has always been my fav – but I haven’t been in over a year.
And Una Pizza Napoletana is being taken over by Motorino (my 2nd fav) as the UPN guy is moving to LA.
