BTW, I saw the Woody Allen movie and if you like both him and Larry David, you’ll enjoy the movie.

Never made it to Sam’s. Am not as motivated as I heard it’s not as good since Mario retired.

Totes McGotes on the Rear Window reference. My prime lounging spot in the living room overlooks the backyards. Everyone’s conversations float up. Haven’t witnessed anything too exciting at this point though.

CG ups, there have been none of the “big”, heavily promoted Brownstoner gatherings since Rope, but people have been arranging smaller gatherings with friends they’ve met on the blog. Kens was putting together an informal one for tomorrow, which he invited everyone here to, that has turned into somewhat of a larger gathering.

Have you tried the pizza at Sam’s on Court? I thought it was excellent, but Mario has retired and I’m not sure it’s still as good. I’ve heard great things about Lucali, but haven’t gone there yet.

You could be the female version of Jimmy Stewart in Rear Window! Any of your neighbours up to any shenanigans?

Draft barn is close to the M/R @ 9th Street and the F/G @ 4th Ave (yes, for all of you north of Flatbush Ave with G access, the G now stops at 4th Ave, 1 stop past Smith/9). Walking distance for us So Slo, Greenwood and Gowanus Shores types.
