This week’s list really runs the gamut, from an income-restricted Williamsburg penthouse to a couple of the most over-the-top homes Brooklyn has to offer.

Which would you choose?

10. Last week’s No. 6, this 10,564-square-foot home was created for artist David Salle — by combining an existing townhouse with a 19th-century brick schoolhouse. A unique combination of old and new, the massive building is currently used as an artist’s home and studio. The master bedroom even has its own Zen garden.

9. Beautifully renovated with stainless-steel appliances and custom cabinets, while retaining its original 1930s charm, this Prospect Lefferts Gardens co-op offers plenty of sun and closets galore (there are six in total). In addition to the unit’s single bedroom, the apartment also features a large living room, a quaint dining area and a foyer. Still a bargain by 2016 standards, the property (or another one-bedroom unit in the building) was a Co-op of the Day back in 2009, when we called its ask of $239,000 “relatively affordable.”

8. This listing offers a rarity: a three-bedroom, prewar South Williamsburg penthouse for $400,000. Of course there’s a catch: It’s an HDFC coop with an income cap of $65,952, or $76,944 for a household of three or more. It’s also on the fifth floor of a walk-up. But the spot is cleanly renovated and conveniently located to transit and the ‘Burg’s many cultural spots, making it a hard bargain to turn down if you’ve got the money saved up and a fitting income.

7. This character-filled Clinton Hill condo is in an extravagantly styled Neo-Gothic building with 15-foot ceilings. The newly renovated home features terrazzo floors, custom bookshelves, marble counters, and a loft opening onto the living room below.

6. This fully detached ranch-style home is located in Gerritsen Beach, one of the few borough nabes where buying an entire house for less than $400,000 is still feasible. The large finished attic and private three-car drive will certainly help many potential buyers overcome the property’s distant location, not to mention that the two-bedroom abode is move-in ready. Also a plus is that the home is elevated and insulated — it sustained absolutely no damage from Hurricane Sandy, according to the listing. The property also comes with a 13-month home warranty.

5. This Renaissance Revival brownstone on Decatur Street in Bed Stuy that was an Open House Pick a year ago is now back with a different agent — and a lower price tag. The configuration is a little hard to get a handle on (the listing calls it a double duplex although the floor plan shows three kitchens). It mixes nice original details — parquet floors, mirrors, mantels, stained glass, pocket doors, tin ceilings — with some updating that not every buyer is going to warm to. Needs work, but there looks to be potential there.

4. In Cobble Hill, we’ve got a house on Cheever Place, one of the coveted short streets running between Kane and DeGraw. This one’s set up with a one-bedroom rental on each of three floors, so it’s going to need some work for anyone looking to do an owner’s duplex or triplex. What’s pictured looks to be in good shape, and there are some details including moldings, mantels and tin ceilings.

3. Staying in its spot from last week, this stately semi-detached brownstone — built in 1857 for the father of Brooklyn Mayor Seth Low II — is one of Brooklyn’s most expensive listings ever. Right now, the home’s mind-boggling 17,354 square feet of space is configured in eight separate apartments. But if you’ve got an ample fortune, you could convert it back into the astoundingly elegant single-family mansion it once was.

2. This generously proportioned one-bedroom is directly across from Fort Greene Park. An interesting setup has an open kitchen located inside a sprawling living room and a full wall of windows. The foyer includes a walk-in closet, and the surrounding grounds bring a bucolic feel to the unit, located close to busy Myrtle Avenue.

1. On Sidney Place in Brooklyn Heights we’ve got a landmarked one-family townhouse dating to 1846. In addition to six working fireplaces, it’s got some distinctive features, from its trapezoidal shape and its winding center staircase to top-floor loft space and its second kitchen, located on the third floor. No garden with this one, but there’s a deck off the third floor.
