This week’s top listings range from a moderately priced Boerum Hill one-bedroom to a $40 million home in Brooklyn Heights, with plenty in between.

Which would you choose?

10. A classic Brooklyn Heights brownstone, this home is currently configured as an owner’s duplex or triplex with rentals above. The building, which measures 6,350 square feet, was recently renovated with central A/C, a new chef’s kitchen and marble-lined master bathroom.

9. This four-story, four-family Carroll Gardens townhouse at 160 Carroll Street features a large backyard garden with a finished patio. The townhouse is currently configured as four rental apartments but is architect-ready to become a four-story single family home or a combination home and rental. Each floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.

8. On 2nd Street in Park Slope we’ve got a four-story Romanesque Revival house, with a four-bedroom owner’s triplex and a garden-floor rental. It’s got a plethora of details in excellent shape, including seven fireplace mantels, fretwork, wainscoting, built-in cabinetry, pocket shutters and doors, stained glass windows, and an entry bench and mirror. The bathrooms and kitchen are upgraded, and the whole place is in move-in shape.

7. In Greenpoint, we’re looking at a single-family that’s small but charming, with a three-bedroom duplex over a finished and windowed basement. It’s not a detail fest like the last pair, but it’s got moldings, inlaid parquet floors, wainscoting and plaster ceiling medallions. An interesting point about this one: You can buy it along with the house next door for $3 million.

6. This 10,564-square-foot home was created for artist David Salle — by combining an existing townhouse with a 19th-century brick schoolhouse. A unique combination of old and new, the massive building is currently used as an artist’s home and studio. The master bedroom even has its own Zen garden.

4. The listing for this one-bed, one-bath apartment in Park Slope doesn’t have a lot of detail, but it does call out the fact that the co-op allows 90 percent financing — meaning you’d need less than a $50,000 down payment to snag this sweet place.

3. This stately semi-detached brownstone — built in 1857 for the father of Brooklyn Mayor Seth Low II — is one of Brooklyn’s most expensive listings ever. Right now, the home’s mind-boggling 17,354 square feet of space is configured in eight separate apartments. But if you’ve got an ample fortune, you could convert it back into the astoundingly elegant single-family mansion it once was.

1. Our No. 1 pick of the week is a Queen Anne in the Crown Heights North Historic District that features a similar bonanza of ornate original woodwork (which includes a grand center staircase), not to mention some nice plaster detailing. There’s a nice exterior on this one too, with gabled dormers and a mansard roof — the facade needs some sprucing up, though. This one’s a single-family, with a six-bedroom triplex up top.
