This week’s top listings are — gasp! — not all in Brooklyn. It’s not too surprising, though — who doesn’t want a cute Upstate house to escape to this summer?

Which would you choose?

10. This 1920s cedar-sided farmhouse is available from mid July to mid September. Just 10 minutes outside of Hudson, N.Y., the eclectically furnished home is also a short walk over to the Hudson River.

7. This one carries a relatively low price tag — $435,000 to be exact. A semi-detached, aluminum-sided number on Avenue L in Flatlands, it’s a small three-bedroom, around 1,000 square feet in total. It’s got a full dining room, an eat-in kitchen, hardwood floors and is in “move-in condition” according to the listing. There’s also a finished basement and a garage.

6. Here we’ve got a three-story 1878 brownstone with original details on Stuyvesant Avenue in Stuyvesant Heights, set up with a two-and-a-half-bedroom duplex over a garden rental. Kitchens are updated and the place looks to be in good shape, though it may need some work; at the least it could use a means of garden access from the duplex.

5. Last week’s No. 1, which moves down a few spots, is on Carroll Street in Carroll Gardens, a renovated four-story brownstone that’s set up with a pair of duplexes. Some nice details in this one, including uncommonly wide-planked floors, mantels, lovely arched doors and door frames in dark wood, tin ceilings, and crown moldings. Extra points for the bay windows with window bench in the rear of the kitchen, a prime spot for spring sitting.

It’s a big one — in addition to all those bedrooms it’s got a wrap-around enclosed front porch, a pair of sun porches on the second floor, a large deck in back with a vine-covered pergola, a big yard and a two-car garage. It’s got some original detail as well, and is quite a nice-looking house, though some updating may be needed.
