Spring has sprung and you’ve all got gardens on the brain — at least that’s what this week’s top Brooklyn real estate listings would lead us to believe, as many of them have no shortage of outdoor space.

Pictures reveal little, but the kitchen and bath are reported to be new, same with the boiler and hot-water heater. There’s a finished basement, as well as a driveway and a garage.
