It’s been quite a while since we’ve had a bunch of open house picks where none sold within six months — at least not yet. Of our picks from six months ago, one is in contract and two are still available.

On Ashland Place in Fort Greene, a four-story brownstone that’s a generous 22 feet wide, with an extra-grand, richly detailed parlor floor is still listed for $2.395 million, $200,000 lower than its previous listing of $2.595 million. Set up as a one-family, with five bedrooms and a study spread over the top two floors, the home has also changed brokers from Brown Harris Stevens to Halstead Property.

Not far away on Clermont Avenue is a three-story house with a front porch and a front garden. A two-family with a rental on the garden level and a four-bedroom duplex above, the property is still listed as well, for $1.585 million — a whopping $465,000 less than its previous $2.05 million price tag. The property has an open house this weekend, from 12:30-2 p.m. on Sunday, April 10.

Moving over to East 24th Street in Midwood, we’ve got a massive 1910 Victorian that’s set up as a single home, but could be converted to a two-family. Opt for the first scenario and you’ve got seven bedrooms to play with, not to mention enough auto capacity for a car collector, with a two-car garage and a driveway that will fit four more. This one’s the only pick that’s been nabbed — it was taken off the market in March and is currently in contract.

Last up is a limestone on Union Street in Crown Heights. This one’s got an owner’s duplex with a three-bedroom rental on the top floor, and is newly renovated with updated electrical, plumbing and mechanicals. The property, last listed for $1.299 million, was taken off the market in January. The broker was not immediately available to clarify why.
