All the units, except for the penthouses, are rented out at 80 Dekalb. But the Brownstoner Marketplace has a studio rental by owner if you’re kicking yourself for missing the boat. Obviously everything’s pretty new and shiny, and this unit is way up on the 35th floor. We’ll also say this looks much more spacious than your average studio. But the rent goes for $2,130 a month, sans broker fee, and it’s only for ten months with option to renew. Sounds like someone got transferred right after renting this place!

It looks on the smallish side. It’s a little hard to tell but it looks like there wasn’t much room for furniture.
$2130 for a studio in a crappy location? I don’t care how nice the building is, that’s absurd.

Oh man. I don’t know why, but there is something incredibly depressing about this place. Maybe it’s the fact that somebody needs to make at least $85,000/year to live in this large laundry room/kitchen/bathroom room.
By Owner?? That must be a sublease I take it since this isn’t a condo building.
I feel dizzy…going back down to the parlor level.
and look you toss throw your dirty clothes into the washer/dryer without even getting out of bed! SOOOOOO worth 2000 plus a month.
