It has a truly stunning exterior, with plenty of interior details to match. We like all the wood trim, especially around the fireplace. Located between Nostrand and New York Avenue, the $1,600 monthly rent feels a little high for that area. But overall looks like a very nice package. What do you think?

this area aint bad. my toddler hangs out down there, at the children’s museum, which is super rad and cheap, btw
tybur6, you think you can hack crown heights? would you worry someone will jack your bike, ipod,…? this area is suppose to be BADDDDDDDDDDD

this is most definitely way too high. I’m agreeing with the 1000-1200 estimate and somewhere close to 1200 is probable for this unit.
selfishly though, I hope this gets rented at 1600 so I can use it as comp when I mkt my pad early next yr.
