The rent to live in this neck of Carroll Gardens, between Court and Clinton? $3,400 a month. What do you think?

Isn’t it illegal to advertise that as a 2-bedroom. The 2nd “bedroom” has no windows according to the floorplan (and according to the laws of physics). New York requires all bedrooms to have at least one window, no?
