    Nice condition though. Killer floorplans. But Patchen – Damn! Location, location, location. You can renovate your home but not your location (not directly and not instantly).

  2. Carroll Street is a really bad advertisement for Kathryn Lilly as a broker. Garbage camera phone photos, no floorplan, and a BS description. If she can’t properly sell her own place, how’s she gonna sell yours?

    Seriously, I think your anger is justified. Your two-empty-apartments tale sounds typical. Unfortunately, I don’t see most sellers/realtors seeing the light anytime soon. Too many seem to have visions of untold riches and are unable to recognize that their properties are business opportunities – i.e., price is NEGOTIABLE.

    698 Dean is actually Prospect Heights and appropriately priced for the next sucker before Armegeddon.

    Carrol will ultimately value at $500K to $750K (Jewish part of Crown Heights, no?). But you should pay more now to help stimulate the reGOVery.

    Clifton will bottom at $500K. Only two true stories w/ English basement.

    Jefferson is waaaaaaaay East and will bottom between $300K and $400K.

    Not feeling any of these.
