Expert Textpert … If you’re willing to pay 995k I’d recommend the Carroll Street home. The block and surrounding blocks are great. Parking is never an issue…there is an alley way behind the house that gives you access to a parking space….some houses on the block even have garages. The block is also very clean because the trash is put out and pick up in the alley not in the front of the house. Oh and did I mention the large police presence…very safe block.
