  1. Ok, see that house to the left of 302 15th Street? My very first house!

Here’s what I know…It’s brick facade over some kind of stone facade (I don’t remember them pulling it down, but I could be totally wrong) over wood frame. A fireman named Blaise (yes, pronounced “Blaze”) owned it for many years and sold it in the early 2000’s for low $600’s. It was a flip and they resold it in the $800’s.

Nice block. Some of my wonderful ex neighbors are still there.

  2. That block is about as nice as it gets in Bed Stuy. No, that’s not the one directly next to the park, corcoran has that listing.

This must be new becasuse I walk by there twice a day and there’s no sign.

I wish there were interior pics but this is worth seeing on Sunday. Too bad I’m out of town

  3. Oh that South Slope house is nice and has parking! – yipppeee
bet it goes fast – love the south slope!

I think that’s a skylight above in the bedroom pic,not a flourescent light where the sheet is -maybe to block the sunlight???

    Kenmore house is realllllly pretty

um – I have never heard of Wallabout?

  4. Yes you are right, flatbushman23, its in a beautiful location. Saw it a few weeks ago… a little dark on the inside. Also, very small yard. But super close to express stop of A train. The home next door is for sale as well, haven’t seen that. They are asking 1.2 mil.

  5. “”Best offer will be accepted” on the Stuy house?”

It’s actually best offer “well be accepted” in the ad :-).

Isn’t this across from the limestone mansions at the Fulton end of Stuyvesant Ave – right across from the triangular green space?

  6. What is Wallabout? Insertsnappy, I had same reaction to the south slope house light fixture. I think it may be flourescent and they’re trying to soften it? Whatever it is, they should have staged differently for the pix – looks bad. Kenmore house has some cool rooms though the kitchen looks circa 1950 (and not in the way I like) and I find that patio a bummer. What’s that area like?

  7. “Best offer will be accepted” on the Stuy house?

I’d guess it goes for $600-ish, then. $725 is too high for a three-story on the avenue across from those ugly apartments.

I do like me some limestones, though.
