Well I guess Wallabout is north of both Fort Greene and Clinton Hill seeing how this house is on Cumberland. A haul from transportation none the less, and unfortunately close to the BQE overpass.

Wallabout has some decent blocks but boy is it far from train transport!
Wallabout is that part of Fort Greene/Clinton Hill near the Navy Yard, north of Myrtle Ave. This particular house has every bit of period charm washed out of it. Bleh.
Stuyvesant House looks interesting. Great block. Too bad no interior shots.

cwb – that house is not a true 3 story. there is only a parlor (where you enter) and a 2nd floor. the ground floor is sub street level and does not have full windows, so it is more of an English Basement. based on that the price is high but i would still love to see it sell in the 700’s.
DIBS – i think that is the same house corcoran had b/c it was right next to the 4 story, in the picture, which is for sale for 1.2M. maybe coco was not moving it at that 899k price. it’s a nice block and great location. i hope it goes for 725k.
The Bed Stuy limestone is the one next to the park – I noticed the sign in the window this morning. I’ll be taking a look this weekend.
