This cute one-family at 220 Seeley Street just hit the market with a price tag of $1,250,000. It’s got some very nice original details (parquet floors, beamed ceilings) and that holy grail of New York real estate, its own driveway. The broker is unknown (to us) but did a thorough job on the listing. What do you make of the price?

  1. thats the problem with u professional types.u want everything done the easy way.if u want good deals,u go and u enquire in person.my friend just bought a great 4 bed. house in Frankford for 50k

  2. Looking through his past comments, I think buckfast just isn’t very smart. I wish that were the case, jail bait.

He also tried to say at one point that homes in Bay Ridge and homes in Beverly Hills were similarly priced.

  3. bucky…Girard is about 20 blocks NORTH of Spring garden for God’s sake.

    You’ve got no clue!!!!

You probably call red sauce “gravy” as well and Italian Ice, “water ice.”

  4. “craigslist is for yuppies such as ur self, who wanna overpay”

Funny, and see I always thought craigslist was where post college students went to find cheap rentals and real estate brokerages were where yuppies went to look to buy a home.

Guess I learn something new every day!

    Thanks buckfast! You’re so smart.
