“my friend just bought a great 4 bed. house in Frankford for 50k”
Sorry to state the obvious here, but who cares?
This isn’t a blog about a run-down area of Philadelphia.
Have you looked at the crime rates for Frankford, buckfast? I suggest you do that before you attempt to compare it to WT.
I know, bucky, you’re above that sort of thing.
But i guess that answers my question anyway.
top RE brokers?that info doesnt interest me one bit, dave.
I’m sure he got what he paid for, buckfast.
I can get a nice place in detroit for $5,000.
Sparafucile, Northern Liberties is closer in…maybe considered the 10 blocks north of Spring Garden and from front St west for maybe 10 blocks, maybe less.
I think in Philly the neighborhood designations are more blurred than in Brooklyn.
I have friends that live in Queen Village and I couldn’t tell you where its boundaries are!!!
