buckfast, in all seriousness, if you find me a house for 80K in any philly neighborhood that’s similar to Windsor Terrace (crime, schools, locale) and the house is similar to the WT in renovations and floorplan, I’ll personally write you a 5K check and I am willing to sign a contract stating that. I wouldn’t mind a nice philly weekend home for 85K that’s fully remodeled.

those blocks are tiny,most built in the 19th century.and the last time i checked 14-16 blocks is still walking distance,not a hike like u stated.
