The owners of 615 2nd Street gave selling their Park Slope limestone a go last year but packed it in after six months when the $3,495,000 asking price proved to much for the market to bear. Now the house is back on the market with a new price tag of $2,950,000. It’s a great house to be sure but, as we noted last time around, the kitchen finishes seem a little out of place. What do you think the market-clearing price is on this baby?

Sounds like he got off cheap.

That’s not enough to buy wall paper remover and a scraper to take care of that that kitchen wall.

  3. Tara, it’s totally valueless, sorry. But I’ll take it off your hands for 10 bucks so you don’t have to have any memories of that loser hanging around. Oh, stop, stop, you’re welcome.

  4. It’s a $350 coin… I think you can buy a small magazine rack at that Danish Modern place in DUMBO.

And – yes, DIBS, according to the floor plan that beautiful Quality Inn surplus banquette is built against the door (well, with just enough of a space to lose shit in).

  5. Yeah, but CGar — the chocolate in those taschengeld coins is always terrible. I’ll take real gold coins and get me some truffles from a little place I know outside of Brussels… mmm…. how he tempted me on my walk home from the train station, that chocolatier bastard!

  6. “Also, can you peel the gold off and find chocolate inside???”
I already ate the chocolate! Was it worth more with the chocolate inside?

“Tara, what country is the coin from and what is the date??”
