The corner location means lots of light but, on the downside, it also means higher taxes. The asking price is $925,000. Any guesses?

If the area wasn’t right for your “friends” and you’re saying posters here should be concerned about walking along Dean St/NY Ave., that’s OK, too. You’re right, it’s probably not for them.
