The bedroom looks on the small side but the kitchen and living area is very light and has lots of original detail. There’s also a common roof deck with killer views. Price: $549,000. Worth it?

Lots of sand in everyone’s vaginas today.
Cute apartment which seems to get abundent sunlight. $900 maintenance kinda high, though would imagine re taxes portion are probably $350+ on this unit.
“some people don’t consider park slope a substitute for brooklyn heights.”
Thanks, DH. Was just going to post the same thing.
11217, what have you got for me in Brooklyn Heights???
Is my apartment a shithole because it’s a studio or because it’s not in Brooklyn Heights? I’m curious although both suggest you are a snobby fool.
My “shithole” was just featured last month in a prominent design magazine with a 5 page spread. I also own a 2nd apartment in Buenos Aires.
You have zero class, and I find you disgusting. Please (as I’ve asked before) do not interact with me on this blog.
11217 your bipolar disorder is of control today.
You are a nutcase living in a shithole and yet you want to give advise to people shopping for coops in Brooklyn Heights?
I was going to pimp for my hood with this:
http://www.realdirect.com/property/361-clinton-avenue-9c-brooklyn-ny-11238/540592228?
but heard it already in contract. it’s probably the best deal (& maybe best unit) I’ve seen in this coop
It was a joke, Ditto. I don’t give two sh*ts what Minard says. Ever. She is one of the most condescending, rude, snobby people on this blog. She also once said Ft. Greene was creepy, so I find myself in perfectly nice company. 🙂
This is the Arlington, a Montrose Morris building, built, by the way, not for the swells of Remsen St, Pierrepont and Columbia Hts, but for the people who worked for them, managing their businesses. It was always marketed for the middle class of the day. Ironically, now you have to be doing better than middle class to be there now.
This is a cute apartment. The living room is quite beautiful. Mopar is right, this probably was double the size, originally.
Don’t take it so hard 11217, its a lovely day out. A great day to be in a leafy hood by a world class park and outdoor cafes
😉
