Previous owner paid $542,000 back in 2007. I’m guessing they’re going FSBO to at least come close to breaking even.
I think so. I love this building, even though it doesn’t have a doorman. The apartments have so many windows and they all have great views.
$550k + $898 maintenance on a 650 sq-ft 1BR w/ a custom closet, mediocre kitchen and a non-working fireplace? Oh, and a roof deck that I can share the roof deck with some pesky neighbor who complains to the co-op board when I’m up there with more than one person? The location is not all that!

Dave the Broker, You can see the Hudson from there? I think you mean the East River dude. That roof deck would make a lot of people hurl… a waist high wood parapet to hold you in during most people’s favorite roof activity, getting plastered. bad idea!
