Co-op of the Day: 115 Eastern Parkway, #3D
This one-bedroom co-op at 115 Eastern Parkway in Prospect Heights has been the lucky recipient of a rather spiffy makeover recently. The asking price of $450,000 might be higher than usual for this building, but clearly this renovation deserves some kind of premium. You can check out the modern stylings at Sunday’s open house. @insert: Exactly! What are they smoking? Someone, probably from Manhattan, purchased in Brooklyn and decided if he put a door on the alcove, it’s now I one bedroom. No, it’s still a studio…with a door on the alcove.
nice bachelor pad but not $450k nice.
Well, DH, the bedroom fits a queen (i think) bed, but only in one direction and it FILLS the room….
It does look like a bar…
Nice location. Nice to have access to a roof deck. Nice little balcony…. but it’s tiny. And it’s like $2600+ a month. And I’m assuming all of the charming Fortress of Solitude furniture will be removed… though, they’ll probably leave the aluminum foil wallpaper.
i like it – would be pretty nice with some normal-person furniture.
how big is the bedroom? if it’s less than 10×10, no dice.
Someone got inspired by their stay at the W. And the living room is form over function.
looks the the thing is planned around watching tv.
No. Just no.
I don’t care how nicely it’s done up, but $450k for what looks like a converted alcove studio in this market is far too much.
And you know when they don’t specify the size, it’s gotta be small. But it might sell for $400k if someone falls in love with the decor.
