I like this place, mucho. The only thing better would be if it were in Boerum Hill.When I buy I will buy something like this. Then I will go out to eat a lot more than I do, and buy lots of stuff. I like stuff.

Looks under 400 sq feet.
7’4″+11’8″=19′ wide
14’9″+7’5″=22’2″ length
at best you could fudge it to 20×22.5=450
minus LLHC 7’x7’5″=52.5
Over $800 psf?
Think $280K would get er done.
Good location and low maintenance, nice place for a single person.
