We like the feel of this one-bedroom co-op at 220 Congress Street in Cobble Hill, even if the kitchen ain’t much to look at and we strongly dislike the bathroom sink. The built-in shelves in the living give a cozy feel and the corner orientation provides nice light; at $677, the monthly maintenance probably comes out to about a dollar per square foot (no exact size is given). And there aren’t really a ton of real apartment buildings in Cobble Hill either. The asking price is $499,000, slightly less than a 750-square-foot apartment down the hall just closed for.

  1. I agree, snark and 11217 have different shticks but both aliases are too often in cahoots and are often reinforcing the other’s points. weird. Also, of all the posters on this site, these two are the most anatagonistic agaisnt Sam. And in similar fashion. Sam could care less, but it re-inforces the fact that you are actually one person with multiple personalities.
