By now, the other seven units in the condo have been sold and it looks like the developer just wants to sell this thing and be done. The oddly-configured apartment (one bedroom, three bathrooms, a separate studio space) has almost 2,500 square feet of indoor space plus a decent-sized terrace and, as of last week, is now asking just $699,000. It’s not for everyone, clearly, but seems to be a decent value at this price. Do you agree?

asdf, so that’s ever more of a confusion….The pics on broker’s site are not of this units and those aren’t the floorplans or only a portion of the floor plans?
It’s also five steps from the projects
I live in the building. Pictures are not all of this unit, but are old other long-sold units. No double-height spaces. Floorplan is certainly unique.
ET, I am on topic….Crappy floorplan so how does an architect whose whole reputation is just this kind of projects does this to themselves? I don’t know the architect. Nothing personal. Just saying that he should commit suicide (snark) for that kind of design. You are attacking someone personally, that you know….different things. End of topic. Let’s get back to regular HOTD programming.
Cool location! Only a few blocks away from the shooting Brownstoner reported mid-november:

maybe the architect will jump to correct you?

LOL, I hope so. Maybe he can explain the floorplan while at it.
“Not funny and out of context.”
Seems to be my theme today, Kens!
But you saying that an architect should throw himself off the roof of a building is contextual?!?!?
You called it how you assume you saw it in the OT (started with someone), just pointing something out here as I see it. You’re right, it’s not funny and definitely out of context. If you have a personal beef with someone, take it to email.

From the realtor’s listing website:
“Square footage includes outdoor space.”
