Among this week’s top listings are two showstoppers in Park Slope, as well as a massive Clinton Hill home with charming details, and a couple of reasonably priced condos.

Which would you choose?

10. On East 2nd Street in Windsor Terrace we’ve got a 16-footer with two stories and a finished basement. It’s no jaw-dropper, but it’s all newly renovated, with an open-plan living room/kitchen and three bedrooms above. The house sold in January for $1.615 million, $60,000 below its $1.675 million ask.

9. This home on 4th Street in Park Slope is quite traditional — a three-story bay-front brownstone with original details, including carved fretwork, three fireplaces, pocket doors, wide-plank floors, moldings and some striking light fixtures. It sold for $2.95 million in February — $300,000 under its $3.25 million ask.

8. On Hancock Street in Stuyvesant Heights we’ve got what looks to be a flip job, thoroughly renovated and not too shabbily, with new plumbing and electrical. At three stories, it’s got a three-bedroom duplex with a garden rental. The duplex features an open-plan parlor floor with a veritable wall of glass at the rear, leading out to an ipe deck with steel rails. The home sold for exactly its $1.195 million ask in March.

7. This listing for 104 Prospect Park West calls the house “among the most special ever offered in Brooklyn,” and as grandiose as that claim sounds it may not be all that hyperbolic. It’s a real stunner, this one. A rare set of ingredients are at work here. First, a jaw-dropping Gilded Age limestone mansion designed by Axel Hedman in 1899; next, a family that held on to it and cared for it for an entire century. Last, a recent top-end architectural renovation that restored the wondrous original details to showroom polish while modernizing the house with upgrades that blend beautifully with its historic character.

6. Here we’ve got a 500-square-foot, one-bedroom condo in Cobble Hill Towers, the famed 1879 landmark built by philanthropist Alfred T. White as a model for worker housing. This recently renovated unit has a well-appointed galley kitchen, a rather large bedroom and a modern albeit somewhat small bathroom.

5. This one-bedroom ground-floor condo in South Slope has its own private entrance. Its interior was designed by Andres Escobar, who went all out with a full wall of Calacatta Gold marble in the kitchen. Other highlights include an oversized peninsula with seating and a main living area large enough for a dining table.

4. At 20 feet wide and 65 feet deep, this Clinton Hill house offers a whopping 5,200 square feet over four stories. This one is set up as a four-family, with a separate unit on each floor. A House of the Day back in 2011 (when the ask was nearly $2 million lower), with charming details including mantels and original floors, as well as a large backyard with two stately trees in it.
