Perhaps you’d like to dispense with breakfast in bed this weekend and buy your mother a house, like Rondae Hollis-Jefferson of the Nets did last fall? No doubt she’d appreciate it; if you’re looking for yourself, that’s fine too, of course. Either way, we’ve got a lineup of renovated homes to see this weekend, at a range of price points. They’re found in Park Slope, Clinton Hill, Bed Stuy and Flatbush.

First up, a barrel-fronted townhouse on 2nd Street in Park Slope that’s something of a showstopper. It’s beautifully renovated (“by a noted local architect”) and expansive, with four stories that hold five bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a sitting room, a study, a family room, two home offices, two decks, a dressing room and two walk-in closets. It’s got triple bay windows on each floor, and details including mirrored mantels, moldings, wainscoting, stained glass and parquet floors.

The next house, on Clinton Avenue in Clinton Hill, is even larger than that one. Twenty feet wide and 65 feet deep, it offers a whopping 5,200 square feet over four stories. This one is set up as a four-family, with a separate unit on each floor. A House of the Day back in 2011 (when the ask was nearly $2 million lower), it’s not as splendid as the Park Slope house, but charming details include mantels and original floors, as well as a large backyard with two stately trees in it.

On Putnam Avenue in Bed Stuy we’ve got a three-story brownstone set up as a two-family. It’s got a two-bedroom duplex and a floor-through apartment above. Kitchens and baths are updated. Points of charm include mantels and a towering parlor floor with wedding-cake plaster detailing.

Last up, another two-family, this one a flip job on Martense Street in Flatbush. It’s a two-story with an apartment on each floor; the lower one is duplexed with a finished rec room in the basement. There’s also a “half story” attic that a buyer could do something with. It’s all newly renovated. A bonus: a private driveway that’ll fit two cars.
