Spring has sprung and you’ve all got gardens on the brain — at least that’s what this week’s top Brooklyn real estate listings would lead us to believe, as many of them have no shortage of outdoor space.

Which would you choose?

10. This semi-detached house at 1408 East 56th Street in Flatlands, is two stories and quite small — a total of 812 square feet, with two bedrooms and one bath. Pictures reveal little, but the kitchen and bath are reported to be new, same with the boiler and hot-water heater. There’s a finished basement, as well as a driveway and a garage.

9. This generously proportioned one-bedroom, last week’s No. 2, is directly across from Fort Greene Park. An interesting setup has an open kitchen located inside a sprawling living room and a full wall of windows. The foyer includes a walk-in closet, and the surrounding grounds bring a bucolic feel to the unit, located close to busy Myrtle Avenue.

8. In East Flatbush near the Canarsie border, we’re looking at a one-family on East 93rd Street, with four bedrooms and two baths spread over two floors. The living room (which sports a fireplace mantel) and newly renovated main kitchen are on the second floor; the lower floor has a second “summer” kitchen with a door leading to the backyard. There’s a driveway that fits two cars, which is useful because the subway is not close at hand.

7. This three-bedroom Bay Ridge home has a bluestone back patio framed by rose bushes and azaleas. The interior is in good shape but could use a bit of updating. An added bonus: There’s a stellar view of the Verrazano Bridge from the front porch.

6. On East 26th Street in Flatbush we’ve got a three-story with three units, all newly renovated, which is being pitched as an “excellent investment opportunity.” The units range from two to four bedrooms; the bottom one is duplexed with the finished basement via a circular staircase. The listing claims “an abundant amount of the original detail remains throughout,” though not much screams out from the photos.

5. If an entire backyard feels overwhelming, you could get creative with the private garden space of this move-in-ready two-bed Bed Stuy duplex. It’s already got a nice-looking patio, raised bed and a horizontal fence.

4. The vibrant greenery of this Clinton Hill garden suggests it might get enough sun for growing vegetables. There’s certainly enough outdoor space — the 525-square-foot green area shown below doesn’t include the second private patio off the master bedroom or the shared rooftop terrace.

3. In Bed Stuy, at 21 Dewey Place, is a two-family brick townhouse that’s been gut renovated. There’s no floor plan, but the listing says there are two units — a three-bedroom and a two-bedroom — and a finished “hospitality basement space” with its own kitchen. This one came on the market last December at $1.2 million, and now the price has dropped.

2. Last week’s No. 7 moves up a few spots. This character-filled Clinton Hill condo is in an extravagantly styled Neo-Gothic building with 15-foot ceilings. The newly renovated home features terrazzo floors, custom bookshelves, marble counters, and a loft opening onto the living room below.

1. This 1,952-square-foot Victorian in Ditmas Park is not for the faint of heart. The five-bedroom home needs a full-on gut renovation and the seller is looking for an all-cash deal. But once you have the interior squared away, the ample backyard — including a storage shed and a deck — could be transformed into the garden of your dreams.
