This week, the most popular real estate listings on Brownstoner include a co-op in Downtown Brooklyn, a brownstone in Carroll Gardens, and a standalone in Ditmas Park West.

Brooklyn Heights and Carroll Gardens were popular again this week with other listings scattered around the borough. The least expensive property on the list is the co-op in Downtown Brooklyn at $899,000 and the most expensive is a Prospect Lefferts Gardens row house asking $3.75 million.
