Carroll Gardens and Prospect Lefferts Gardens were popular again this week, with other listings scattered across the borough. The least expensive property on the list is a co-op in Brooklyn Heights asking $1.35 million and the most expensive is a Prospect Lefferts Gardens row house at $3.75 million.
