This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Williamsburg, East Flatbush, Ditmas Park, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

A rare HDFC co-op in Williamsburg, this railroad apartment has a flexible layout, original details, and appears to be in move-in condition. With five rooms, the unit would be a tight squeeze for a large family but might work for a single or couple in its current configuration. This former Co-op of the Day sold in July for $525,000, which was $30,000 over the asking price.

This early 20th century single-single family house in East Flatbush has a garage. The semi-detached dwelling also has an original stair, parquet floors, and four bedrooms. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $775,000, which was $5,000 under the asking price.

The restrained Colonial Revival exterior of this Ditmas Park Edwardian hides an unexpectedly modern interior renovation with a color-blocked kitchen and a top-floor suite with plywood paneling. Another decidedly modern update is the Tesla charger to go along with the parking available in the driveway and garage. This former House of the Day sold in July for $2.6 million, which was $75,000 under the asking price.

In the Park Slope Historic District, this circa 1909 limestone still has some period details like moldings, mantels, and stained glass. The single-family row house also has central air. This former Open House Pick entered contract in May.
