This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Bay Ridge, Crown Heights, Flatbush, and Park Slope. How did they fare?

Rich with original woodwork, this Bay Ridge row house has a long list of eye-catching original details dating from when it was built in the early 20th century as well as some mid-century updates. At 577 76th Street, the single-family dwelling has wood floors with inlaid borders, pocket doors, an original stair, stained glass, and an intact dining room. This former House of the Day sold in July for the asking price of $1.385 million.

In Crown Heights, this original early 20th century two-family duplex house has mantels, moldings, and stained glass. There is also a driveway and a garage. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $3 million, which was $1.005 million over the asking price.

Behind the appealing Colonial Revival facade of this Flatbush standalone there is quite the colorful history, all connected to an event space that was added to the dwelling in the 1920s. Even apart from that grand room, which covers most of the backyard, the house is certainly generously sized, with five bedrooms, a great room, and a basement catering kitchen that includes a walk-in fridge. This former House of the Day entered contract in August.

In the Park Slope Historic District Extension, this 1880s Neo-Grec brownstone is a two-family with a triplex over a garden rental. Original details includes mantels, moldings, and interior shutters. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $4.05 million, which was $450,000 over the asking price.
