This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Bed Stuy, Dyker Heights, Prospect Heights, and Brooklyn Heights. How did they fare?

This unit in an 1890s Bed Stuy flats building has a spacious layout and windows in every room, but a buyer will need to meet the income restrictions, be able pay in cash, and have enough funds for a thorough renovation. An eight-unit walk-up building, 388 Halsey Street has been an HDFC (Housing Development Fund Corporation) co-operative since the 1990s. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for $400,000, which was $100,000 over the asking price.

In Dyker Heights, an early 20th century semi-detached brick house has a vintage kitchen with pink countertops, three bedrooms, and parking. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $930,000, which was $32,000 over the asking price.

This 1890s row house in the Prospect Heights Historic District was designed by Benjamin Driesler and still has period details like a pier mirror, wood floors, and wainscoting. It is set up as a triplex with a garden level apartment. This former Open House Pick entered contract in April.

On scenic Pineapple Street, this early 19th century dwelling has impressive dimensions and, while it isn’t loaded with original interior details, renovations over the decades have given it plenty of modern amenities. The 27.25-foot-wide house, No. 10 on the block, has four floors of living space, three wood burning fireplaces, a wine cellar, and a sun room. This former House of the Day was taken off the market in July.
