This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Sunset Park, Bed Stuy, Park Slope, and Cobble Hill. How did they fare?

In Sunset Park, this income-restricted co-op is a bit unusual: It is the second floor of an early 20th century row house. The listing doesn’t divulge the details on the qualifying income range for the HDFC (Housing Development Fund Corporation) co-operative, but the unit is spacious with three bedrooms and in-unit laundry. This former Co-op of the Day was taken off the market in June.

In Bed Stuy, this single-family brownstone has a renovated kitchen on the garden level and some period details like marble mantels and moldings. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $1.71 million, which was $110,000 over the asking price.

This circa 1880 Italianate is in the Park Slope Historic District. The floorplans for the legal two-family dwelling show three kitchens and it appears to be set up as a garden rental with two duplexes. This former Open House Pick entered contract in April.

After a thoroughly modern interior overhaul, this 1850s brick row house in the Cobble Hill Historic District boasts a curvaceous plaster stair, a double-height kitchen with a wall of glass, and new finishes throughout. This former House of the Day sold in May for the asking price of $11 million.
