This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Midwood Park, Windsor Terrace, Sunset Park, and Ditmas Park. How did they fare?

First up, for a home hunter looking for room to spread out, this early 20th century Midwood Park standalone has a roomy main level, an abundance of bedroom space, and a garage turned studio. This former House of the Day sold in March for $2.375 million, which was $425,000 under the asking price.

This renovated single-family in Windsor Terrace has wall moldings, a columned screen, and an updated kitchen with French doors to a rear patio. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $2.25 million, which was $200,000 under the asking price.

In Sunset Park, this brownstone has wood floors, mantels, and wall moldings. This former Open House Pick sold in February for $1.66 million, which was $10,000 over the asking price.

Finally, in a 1930s Art Deco building, this Ditmas Park unit was converted into a two-bedroom and still has a spacious layout with a foyer, eat-in kitchen, four closets, and large living room. This former Co-op of the Day sold in January for $690,000, which was $91,000 over the asking price.
