This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Clinton Hill, Bay Ridge, Bed Stuy, and Prospect Lefferts Gardens. How did they fare?

Units in the World War II-era Clinton Hill Cooperatives pop up frequently, but intriguingly this one-bedroom has a number of rarely seen period features, including a layout with original pantry. There are white walls and trim throughout and parquet floors. The living room and adjoining dining nook benefit from two exposures, and the pantry with built-in cabinetry provides some extra storage space. This former Co-op of the Day sold in July for $680,000, which was $31,000 over the asking price.

In Bay Ridge, a Tudor-style row house has an attached garage. The single-family has wood floors, picture rails, and arched openings. A former Open House Pick, it sold in July for $890,000, which was $109,888 under the asking price.

One of a row of glowing Roman brick houses with bold Romanesque Revival arches and intricate terra-cotta detailing, this Bed Stuy townhouse has a striking exterior and a renovated interior with pale woodwork and modern amenities. Original details inside the two-family include a pier mirror, moldings, mantels, built-ins, pocket doors, and wainscoting. This former House of the Day sold in July for $3.4 million, which was $100,000 over the asking price.

In the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District, this 1920s Neo-Georgian standalone was designed by George Alexander Jr. The single-family house has a garage. On the interior there are parquet floors, arched openings, and some later renovations. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $2.4 million, which was $395,000 under the asking price.
