There are two stories and a finished basement. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, and a fourth in the basement (which may or may not be legal).

The ground floor has a living room, dining room and a renovated kitchen that’s small but nice.

There are two bathrooms; the one pictured looks looks to have been recently renovated. There’s a laundry room in the basement, a private garage in back, and a patio in the rear, which is not pictured.

Actually there’s a lot that’s not pictured, and no floor plan either. One thing to note: The house is only 14 feet wide and 1,192 square feet (not counting the basement), according to PropertyShark.

Listed by Stacy Lugo of Citi Habitats, the house is asking $900,000. A recent open house pick on the same street asked $880,000 and went for $10K more, for what that’s worth. What do you think of the house?
