oh you are SO full of it. please stop this balogna train now?

11217 — If you can’t understand that a garage ISN’T REQUIRED to have a trash bin instead of a heap of seeping plastic bags… then that’s crazy.
Let’s think about a bigger building. On my old block… twice a week, most of the buildings created these nasty mountains of garbage. BUT there was one building that brought the garbage out in bins!! Guess which building looked and smelled nicer?

Rob — that why people walk out of a bodega, unwrap their purchase and throw the wrapper and bag on the sidewalk… they are waaaaaay too busy.
no. those are lazy slobs who get off on the fact that others have to pick up after them. ive heard this directly from peoples mouths before btw!!! ive even SEEN first hand parents TELL their kids to just throw trash in the halls, street, elevators, etc. (never saw that happen in park slope, but i have elsewhere ahhaha). personally i dont give a crap if people litter tho. i dont normally litter though cuz it’s just as easy to put something in a trashcan.
but most of the people who litter are uneducated, ignorant, and have very very low IQ’s so i dont wanna be seen as that.

They’re the best, Dave.
My older neighbors are some of my favorites. And they love me cause I sweep and garden. And I help them carry their heavy groceries and pick them up coffee. It’s one of the things which makes Brooklyn so special (for me).
Don’t people who can afford a $3 million car barn have servants to deal with their trash??
Sounds like you and I have the same neighbors, 11217.
And p.s. I sweep in front of our brownstone at least once a week.
I’m the only one out there under 80 sweeping.
I’m sure this will give you much fodder to continue to make fun of me, Rob. Have at it.
