Vine Removal
Looking for a recommendation on a company that can remove a huge vine that has climbed up our co-op from the 2nd to 5th floor and covers two sides of the building. Thank you.

You could also use a masonry contractor with a scaffolding permit. That way you could also do an evaluation of the bricks and mortar. If you go around the foundation of your building and cut all the stems off at the base you essentially have killed it. It will take a few weeks to dry up but will not fall down. Anyway, if you carefully peel it from the building starting at the top, eventually the free weight will pull the rest down.

Probably an arborist. Here’s a list from old entries: Clearview Prospect Urban Arborist Ken Nicely Lawrence Schultz Family Your Tree Tree Care Rite Way Some of these may be out of business – it’s a paper list since my computer died & I lost my most recent info. I liked Prospect & Urban but a friend preferred Schultz. People on ‘Stoner recommend Family. I did find that no one service gives best estimate on different projects.
