Thumbs up for Kate Turney, Garden Designer

Hi all – just wanted to share with the forum the very positive experience I’ve had working with Kate Turney designing a patio and garden. I found Kate through this forum. The garden hasn’t been installed yet, but I’m pleased with the plans and all the good help and guidance received. I have an unusual space and Kate was terrific in assessing my needs and matching them to the space. She offered creative solutions for some significant issues and possesses a seemingly inexhaustible knowledge of plants and materials. Kate was sensitive to my budget and willingly made herself available throughout the bidding process to assess different contractors and such. The biggest plus was just working with her; she’s approachable, down to earth , and has a sense of humor to boot. I would encourage anyone seeking a garden designer to include Kate in their search. I’ll post some pics when the garden and patio are up.

Hi Wiley, Would you mind saying what your ballpark budget was? I’m looking to redo my garden but I have no idea what’s a realistic budget for this type of work. Any guidance would be appreciated. And I’ll certainly contact Kate as well. Thank you!
