roofer recommendation: Leak Master

Thanks for this post.  I will be calling Nick as I just found a leak in our Brownstone roof with this morning’s heavy rains.

Two years ago I I had Nick Kontzamanis from Leak Master put a new roof on my brownstone, with a 20-year guarantee. When I went up to the roof recently, there were a few issues with the flashing separating in spots along the parapet walls. No leaks, just a few small gaps. I called Nick, and he came out a couple days later with a crew and fixed it, no charge. It’s a relief to find someone who will stand by their work. Definitely recommended. 718-421-2000
