Roof Coating Job

We’re looking to hire someone to apply fiber roof coating (white or silver) on our 20×48 brownstone.  Does anyone have recommendations? Thanks!

Anyone have ideas on what painting a roof costs (labor only)? I have a 18 x 60 roof that just needs a fresh coat. Also, any recs for people who work in Manhattan would be appreciated.
