roof access hatch

I have an old wooden access hatch in my brownstone that’s falling apart.  I would like to replace it with a metal hatch like the one shown in the picture.  The size is 30inches by 36inches.  Anyone know of someone who can do the work?  Any idea of the cost?   Thanks in advance.

Yes, our roofer installed ours when we got a new roof.  seems like a good idea to use a roofer, as you want it installed by someone who will make sure there are no leaks around it.  so look up roofer recommendations on here. we used Greene roofing on coney island ave…were highly recommended to us and we were happy with them…but it has been ten to twelve years since then, so that is not a current recommendation….

This looks like a bilco hatch, you should call Carlos at (347) 520-6051 he recently installed a much larger bilco hatch in Carroll Gardens, Bilco has different options for the hatch of the size you need, the Type GS Model even has a skylight feature, the one seen here in your picture looks like a Type S. 36″ x 30″ (914mm x 762mm)
